<span lang="EN-US">In this article, a comparative study is accomplished between three of the most used swarm intelligence (SI) techniques; namely artificial bee colony (ABC), ant optimization (ACO), and particle (PSO) to carry out optimal design radio-frequency (</span><span lang="EN-US">RF) spiral inductors, algorithms are applied cost function RF circular inductors for 180 nm beyond 2.50 GHz, aim ensure performance with less error in inductance, high-quality factor when compared electromagnetic simulation. Simulation experiments achieved performances regarding convergence velocity, robustness, computing time checked. Also, paper shows an impact technological parameters geometric features on inductance quality studied integrated inductor. The building method constraints has given good results simulations accuracy 2.31% 4.15% respectively. simulation that ACO provides more circuit size fewer errors than ABC PSO, while PSO better terms velocity.</span>
